Resume

Education

May 2019

I am a student at Towson University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. My degree concentration is in Finance and my minor is in Economics. I have a cumulative GPA of 3.28. I am expected to graduate in May 2019.

Experience

Summer 2015 - Summer 2017

Gas Operations Business Development Intern: I worked as an intern at Public Service Electric and Gas where I sent out a weekly report on the active and inactive gas and evaluated the productivity of our service technicians. Throughout the entire internship I worked on a four-year analysis of gas leaks in all twelve districts across the state of New Jersey. I determine the root causes for peaks and lows in specific towns during different seasons. I presented my project to the senior leadership team, which included the Vice President of Gas Operations.

Carside To-Go Specialist: I answered the phone and took guests orders. I assembled the food that the kitchen prepared into each guest’s complete order. For accuracy, I double checked each bag before delivery. Operating the cash register and processing the orders were apart of my role. I delivered orders to customers sitting in their vehicles outside of the restaurant at a quick pace. When an issue was brought up, I would address their concerns and contact a manager for assistance if necessary.
